Account Executive – Technical Solutions

Job Summary:

As a vital part of our sales team, you will cultivate and manage customer accounts while actively generating new business opportunities. Your role involves leveraging technical knowledge to present effective solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction from pre-sales to post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned customer accounts and develop relationships with new clients
• Drive sales of our products and services through effective presentations and technical solutions
• Collaborate with technical resources to develop proposals, product specifications, and responses to RFQs/RFPs
• Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve business targets and sales goals
• Participate in marketing activities to promote our offerings and engage potential clients
• Follow up on sales inquiries and maintain ethical sales methods for customer satisfaction
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to foster profitable business relationships
• Attend meetings, make presentations, and develop relationships with purchasing and IT departments

Qualifications and Experience:

• Basic IT certification and IT Sales Certification
• Experience in IT sales, especially in “solution selling”
