Challenge: Current accounting system was restricting growth. JP Marshall Solution: JP Marshall Associates replaced the existing system with Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains). This has the flexibility to grow with the company long-term, as well as meet its immediate short-term needs. The new software worked hard from Day One, creating a truly integrated, multi-user, multi-company business system that is a major help to CDS’s future expansion plans.
Challenge: Multiple systems including Excel spreadsheets and Peachtree software were resulting in the poor co-ordination of company financial information. JP Marshal Solution: JP Marshall Associates established Microsoft Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains) as Prestige’s standardised ERP solution, something that not only improved accounting control and reporting, but also enabled the company to move away from manual systems to real time processing for greater speed and efficiency.
