SMB Account Executive
This role is responsible for technology sales with a focus on providing IT solutions to small and medium sized businesses. The SMB Account Executive is also responsible for expanding the company’s business by acquiring new accounts, consistently closing new business at or above quota, and providing excellent customer service, during and after the sale. The successful candidate must be able to effectively prepare sales proposals/quotations with input from the technical team and be able to develop and maintain good customer relations throughout the sales cycle. Also included in this role is the responsibility to work with the team developing product brochures and sales campaign materials.
Minimum experience – 3+ years of IT Hardware, Software, and Service Sales
Possess strong understanding of hardware & software technologies, platforms, and applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, manage complex workload and handle pressure under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform repetitive tasks with extremely high accuracy.
- Ability to travel.
