Following its acquisition of Terminix, Rentokil Initial strengthened its global footprint. But in Barbados, one key component was missing: modern IT infrastructure to match its operational ambitions.

With a decision to bring its financial reporting back in-house, they quickly realized they were working without the infrastructure to support it. No servers. No network. Just two standalone computers, none of which could meet the business’s growing operational and compliance needs.
