Automation & Systems Integration Specialist

Join our Managed Services team as an Automation & Systems Integration Specialist to connect systems, automate workflows, and build smart tools that elevate service delivery.

We are seeking an Automation & Systems Integration Specialist to join our Managed Services team. This role focuses on building smart connections across our technologies, streamlining workflows, automating processes, and creating solutions that enhance efficiency and service delivery. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on builder with a problem-solving mindset and strong technical expertise in automation and integrations. This is a hybrid role, however the ideal candidate should be based in Trinidad.

Key Responsibilities

Integrations: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between core IT, security, and business systems.
Automation: Identify manual or repetitive processes and replace them with automated workflows.
Custom Solutions: Build dashboards, reporting tools, and internal applications that improve visibility and efficiency.
Collaboration: Work across service desk, security, infrastructure, and business application teams to deliver seamless solutions.
Maintenance: Ensure integrations are reliable, secure, and documented for ongoing support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong skills in APIs, scripting/automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python), and cloud platforms.
Experience with IT, security, or business systems integrations.
Solid understanding of networking, security, and service management principles.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with RMM, PSA, SIEM, ERP/Business Applications, backup, or identity/security platforms (generic categories only).
Experience creating dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Grafana, or similar tools).
Familiarity with ITIL or managed services best practices.
Knowledge of compliance and data protection requirements relevant to system integration and reporting.

Join Our Team at JP Marshall We’re seeking a Monitoring & SOC Specialist to help develop, support, and maintain our Security Operations Centre (SOC). You’ll play a key role in monitoring, identifying, and resolving security issues while driving improvements and integrating new tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a strong SOC by monitoring security access and assessing vulnerabilities.
Analyze security breaches, manage incident response, and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to meet security requirements.
Configure and maintain monitoring platforms, ensuring performance and stability.
Automate tasks and generate reports using scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Java).
Facilitate technology integrations and maintain compliance with monitoring standards.
Perform customer demos and stay updated on cybersecurity trends and Microsoft Security.

Requirements:

Proficiency in PowerShell (preferred), Python, or Java.
